Architectural Concrete Block Units

All Bauer architectural masonry units are manufactured with an integral water repellent, the manufacturer recommends using this same water repellent in the mortar.

For a total water repellent job, a good quality masonry water repellent is recommended to be applied after the project is finished and the masonry has been cleaned down. The Bauer Company recommends Sure Klean Custom Masonry cleaner for cleaning and Sure Klean Weather Seal Siloxane WB Concentrate or Weather Seal Block-Guard and Graffiti Control II for water repellence.
